Duplicate contributor in list

Describe the feature

In my use case, my local git is configured to use finxol as author name, but my Github display name is my full name, so PR merges are with a different author name. The email is the same though.

This results in duplicate contributor entries in the list such as:

- Colin Ozanne <git@finxol.io>
- Finxol <git@finxol.io>

Could we maybe dedupe on email, at least behind an option or flag?
I'd be happy to make a PR implementing this.

Do you intend that simply the last one wins?
With your example, do you want the following?

### ❤️ Contributors

- Finxol <git@finxol.io>

[finxol]

That's the idea.
Either first or last one, it's arbitrary anyway.
Unless there's a way to know which is the username and which is the name for the Github account, or set it via a field in config or CLI flag.

Or choose by using the author name in local git config.
