Are there any plans to release the changes since 0.1.6? Or any major blockers that the community might be able to help with?

Comparing: v0.1.6...main

It seems like there's been a lot of great improvements like:

• Support for enum arg types
• Support for number arg types
• A new negativeDescription configuration option for boolean arg types (which default to true)
• Improved tests, type safety, and more!

I was wondering if this package is still being maintained (no release for over a year and several stale PRs). Are there plans to continue maintaining it?

Yes, and citty is actively used. The majority of pending unreleased work (including enum and number support) has to be reworked to avoid future breaking changes on them.
