WebSocket client for better/typed DX

crossws already exposes universal crossws/websocket subpath export with WebSocket API. (NEEDS TO BE DOCUMENTED)

We might make DX better by providing a potentially typed and easier-to-control API similar to what ofetch is for native fetch.
