Support setItem with GitHub driver #679

Describe the feature
Add support for setItem and related methods to drivers/github. Possible use cases include submitting user-created content to a "content" repo such as comments.
I have considered using a Git-based CMS to edit files in a content repo but this doesn't cover the use-case where you need user-submitted content rather than client-submitted. By "user", I'm talking about people who don't have access to the CMS.
Never contributed to open-source before but I would be happy to implement this as I was working on a similar tool before discovering unstorage.
