[Bug] Failed to Start New Stream: "User is not allowed to play title. Auth Status Code: NoEntitlement\"

Describe the bug

I don't see any other bug reports submitted with this same error.
When attempting to stream any game in my library from the xCloud Library tab, I am met with the following error:

I own all of the games on my Xbox account that I have tried to play, and yet this same error occurs every time.

To Reproduce

1. Go to "xCloud Library" tab.
2. Click on a game.
3. Error occurs.

Expected behavior

I expect the game to launch.

Environment

- OS: Fedora 43 Workstation
- Device: Desktop PC
- Greenlight version: 2.4.1 (Flatpak)

I have the same issue. Mac OS, Xbox Series S, latest Greenlight version.
