[Bug]Screen flickering/stuttering during remote play on steamdeck

Describe the bug

I am running greenlight on the steam deck and am using remote play with my Xbox. I am getting a lot of screen flickering/stuttering when moving as shown in the videos below. I have tried rebooting the steam deck and the Xbox but neither have resolved the issue. I have also tried reducing the streaming bit rate and changing the h.264 profile but neither has helped. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling greenlight but it didn’t resolve the issue. If I use Xbox remote play from the edge browser, I have no issues, so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with my Xbox or my local network. This issue seems to have started occurring recently as I use greenlight fairly frequently and have had no issues until recently.

To Reproduce

For me, the issue occurs as soon as Xbox remote play is started.

Expected behavior

The expectation is that the screen is smooth with no flickering/stuttering while streaming from my local Xbox.

- Device: Steamdeck
- Greenlight version: 2.4.1

Having the exact same issue on my Oled Steam deck. Only thing I can add is that I'm the beta release of the O.S. only started happening a few weeks back. Exact same issue shown here. No issues when using xcloud just when streaming direct to the console itself.

I am also in the beta build. The issue seems to have started after upgrading to the beta build.

I've been using Greenlight on beta build for months without an issue. This specific problem started only a week ago. Hopefully it gets patched soon. We most likely need to wait for a new beta build or try switching back to stable release and testing.

A new beta build was released I believe a little over a week ago. I specifically switched to the beta channel for this release as it addressed the issue which causes WiFi speed slow downs when streaming. So, at least in my case, the screen stuttering/flickering issue definitely started after I installed the latest steamOS beta release.

I switched back to stable release. Still happening unfortunately.
