Customizing the Form Tool

I am using react-email-editor in "web" mode and customizing the form tool by supplying a predefined list of fields. I have a few questions regarding the form editor options:

1. Limiting Field Type Changes – I want to restrict field editing so that each field can only be changed to its current type or hidden. Is this possible?
2. Select Field Options – I can't find a way to define both a value and a label for select options. It seems like the label is always set to the value. Is there a way to specify them separately?
3. Preventing Field Name Changes – I want to prevent users from modifying the field names of existing fields. How can this be enforced?

Any insights or possible solutions would be greatly appreciated!
