In our lock creation form, tooltips come in various sizes and colors. I suggest unifying the "look."
Here is what I mean:

Ideally, one type of red is used if it needs to stand out, and one font size. Unification and beautification are the goals of this task.

Proposal

Understanding the issue: The lock creation form has inconsistent tooltip styling — different sizes and colors for different tooltips, creating a fragmented UX. The goal is to unify tooltip appearance across the entire form.

Solution: I will audit all tooltips in the lock creation form and standardize them to a single consistent style.

Implementation plan:

1. Audit all tooltip usages in unlock-app components related to lock creation
2. Establish a single tooltip style: consistent color (one accent color for important notes, standard gray for informational), consistent font size, consistent placement
3. Create/update a shared Tooltip component if one doesn't already exist, or update the existing one with standardized props
4. Replace all custom-styled tooltip instances with the standardized component
5. Visual review pass to confirm consistency

Timeline: Can deliver within 2 days.

I opened #16378 with a focused styling pass for the create-lock feedback copy. It keeps the form behavior unchanged and standardizes the text scale/line-height for validation errors, the mainnet warning, the network description, and the protocol fee helper.
