[Playground][Wasm][Chrome] Focus - The focus is not working for any of the snippets option.

Current behavior

The focus is not reaching on snippets and on any controls which is present in snippets combobox.

Expected behavior

The Focus should work for snippets and the snippets combobox option.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Visit https://playgroundcanary.z19.web.core.windows.net/#passwordbox
2. Press tab key on the keyboard.
3. Try to bring the focus on Snippets.
4. Observe that the focus is not reaching on snippets and on any controls which is present in snippets combobox.

It seems keyboard focus can be set on the ComboBox, but the custom style does not have any visualization for it, which makes it hard to use
