Unsure of what these icons are/mean

Current behavior

What are these icons? (I can't work out their meaning and there is no tooltip to explain.):

I'm guessing the one on the right isn't for "Tags"

Expected behavior

• Add tooltips to explain icons.
• Document everything. Especially if it's not obvious or a standard icon that's used elsewhere.
