[Fluent] CardContentControl Styles

Clean up Card styles to actually look good and be useable with the default Fluent theme

• Utilize the common Lightweight Styling resource keys
• Clean up docs to separate Material specific styles and resources from the default Fluent guidance
• Add new CardContentControl page to the Toolkit category in Uno Gallery. Include both Fluent and Material styles

No exact spec for Fluent Cards, we can wing it based on other examples. Mostly, we wouldn't need to us the Material Ripple in the Fluent template.
