The old (now unsupported) Xamarin SDK supported watchOS 1.x (where apps executed on the phones) and 2+ but when Microsoft upgraded to dotnet SDK/workloads (in 6.0) it dropped all support for watchOS apps. The suggested workaround from Microsoft is to create a Swift[UI] watch app and bundle it with the iOS application. |

It would be awesome to support watch apps along with our mobile apps. It looks like Xamarin shipped support for watchOS in 2015, and the namespaces are still available in .net for iOS.
