Difference Between Uno.Material.Toolkit & Uno.Material

Lastly, we’ve come across two different packages: Uno.Material.Toolkit and Uno.Material. We’d like to clarify:

• What are the key differences between these two?
• When should we use one over the other? (or maybe both o them ?)
• Are there any best practices for implementing Material Design in Uno Platform?

Thanks for the question.

Both are serving a different purpose, but Uno.Toolkit.WinUI.Material depends on Uno.Material.

Uno.Material only provides themes for the base winui controls.

Uno.Toolkit.WinUI.Material provides material theming for controls provided by the Uno Toolkit.
