/cc @cyberalien maybe we can move cdn icon loader from unocss to iconify icon utils, wdyt? a lot of work since we'll need some cache here and unocss (rn unocss not using cache at all => look like only at browser (?) => providing a fetchResolver (on node fetch on browser fetch/ofecth)):
