The XMP Master Server Config is probably some kind of mutator that helps making XMP servers, I don't know if it's relevant today, but I'm putting it there as it might be useful. I really don't know it's categorized as a multiplayer map on moddb.com when it isn't I think it's some kind of mutator for Unreal 2 XMP if you want to add this to Unreal Archive.org you can add it to mutator category for Unreal 2 The Awakening anyway.
