By submitting a contribution to the Untold Engine project, you grant Untold Engine Studios and all recipients of the software a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contribution as part of the Untold Engine project.
Your contribution will be licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0).
You represent that:
- You wrote the contribution yourself, or
- You have the legal right to submit the contribution.
If your contribution was created as part of employment, you confirm that your employer allows the contribution under these terms.
You agree that your contribution may be distributed under the MPL-2.0 license as part of the Untold Engine project.
You agree that Untold Engine Studios may use, distribute, and sublicense your contributions as part of the Untold Engine project.
This includes the right for Untold Engine Studios to:
- distribute the project under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0)
- offer commercial licenses of Untold Engine
- provide enterprise distributions
- include the software in proprietary products or services
Your contribution will remain available under the MPL-2.0 license in the open-source version of the project.
