about the .exe file

Hello,
I'm trying to get the GUI App to work. In the "installation" part of the documentation it's mentioned that an exe. file should be downloaded and installed. Is this exe. file a substitute to running the gui.py file from an IDE?
I also couldn't access the link posted for the .exe file as it asks for credentials (see uploaded screenshot).

thanks for your report. We will try to find another solution for the exe-file in the next release.

Yes, the exe-file just runs gui.py from the code. In this case, download the latest release 0.4.1 and run the gui.py from the release. The gui inside the main is not fully tested since we made some changes, so please use it from the release.
