How can I access file types for multi file uploads?

As the title suggests, I am wondering how I can access what the types of the files uploaded via the widget are. I see this key 'isImage' is false if all uploaded files were not images. However, i want to know, for example, that if 4 files were uploaded, what was the type for each file ie [image,image,video,image] or [png,png,mp4,jpg]. Any idea how this is possible to resolve?
