Wireframe around a project comment button that allows for a modal to display a forum-like list of comments and adding new columns.

Here's an initial concept making use of Facebook's commenting feature.

Basically, you could click on the icon on a project card and it would pull up a modal that contains a box to enter new comments, as well as previous comments posted about that project.
