AS A Grants Administrator I WANT TO manage the agencies SO THAT they can use/stop using the Grants Identification Tool

As the state admin, I would like to manage the departments which will use the opportunities tool. I need to be able to:

a) Insert a list of all agencies

b) Enable or disable agency access

Dependency:

• Grants centralization work.
