Enable GitHub Pages

I have created the Documentation GitHub Action to build the tutorial page and host it using GitHub Pages.

Currently it fails at the Deploy to GitHub Pages Action:

Error: Error: Failed to create deployment (status: 404) with build version 96b2e71. Request ID 2400:3C6416:5993C60:197AB1A7:69768179 Ensure GitHub Pages has been enabled: https://github.com/usebruno/bruno-tutorials/settings/pages

This can be enabled once the project is made public.
