Describe the bug

Bug: Collections sort is not retained when closing / reopening the app. It always defaults to the order my collections were imported, and I must sort alphabetically each time. I would expect that sorting alphabetically would be retained.

Improvements:

1. It would be nice to have some sorting within a collection. Minimally, grouping each method so that all POSTs are together, all GETs are together, etc, and then perhaps sorting alphabetically.
2. Generally, all lists could benefit from either defaulting to alphabetical sort or allowing some kind of sorting. e.g. all variables. This isn't that big of an issue in the screen shot that I provided on my sample collection, but in my global envs and actual collections, I have many more variables and that's when it becomes cumbersome without it being sorted.
