Test instance workload graph uses the same data then production graph

test.usegalaxy.be displays the workload of usegalaxy.be. Could this have its seperate test numbers to base itself on?

This should be moved to the repo with the test instance code/ansible roles. Since the homepage in the central panel is a Galaxy configuration.
