feat: Global "Add issue" button on the top right #1418

Description

@schwarzbr0t

Problem Statement

When I'm in a specific view (Board, List, Backlog, etc.) and want to create a new issue on the spot (but maybe in a different project), I have to navigate away or switch context first instead of just doing it right there.

Proposed Solution

A global "Add Issue" button in the top right corner, visible in every view, that opens a quick-create modal and automatically assigns the issue to the current project/context but can also select a different project.

Alternative Solutions

Instead of a global button, a keyboard shortcut (CMD+C) could serve the same purpose without adding extra UI surface.

Relevant Context

Other tools like Linear or Jira have established this button as a standard and it's one of the most-used interaction points in their interface.

Does this feature align with Kaneo's focus on simplicity?

Yes, as long as the button stays minimal and doesn't add extra complexity to the interface, it actually supports the simplicity philosophy by cutting down on unnecessary clicks and navigation.
