Password Reset functionality

I have forgotten the password to my instance. There is no easy way to reset it. I have referenced the issue below, but the two files it asks me to download don't exist, I only have a large "memo" file, nothing else named as directed in this issue. This should have funcitonality to reset passwords, honestly. While I myself am a technical user, not everyone using this application in my set up is.
