I'm using this issue because I have a similar problem and perhaps can provide the required logs.
Using memos with version 0.23.1 works without any problem. When updating to 00.24.0, I cannot start my docker and get the following error:

So the problem is the column tags in the sql database (at least for me). I know that there were database changes when upgrading to this version, but I unfortunately didn't find what (and if) I need to do anything.
