配合memogram的使用，用TGbot创建的笔记可以默认自己创建类似#memogram的标签标记吗？
因为有些时候需要整理，会和手动创建的笔记混乱，如果加上类似这样的标签区分，就能很快速的找到使用TGbot创建的笔记和整理
