Spotify Auth and Endpoints Broken

Recently, Spotify partially broke the authentication method we use. We are working on fixes, and v4 beta testers will get them first, and once they're perfected, they'll be added to v3.

Please do not open issues related to not being able to log in or use Nocturne, we are aware.

Is there an estimate of when this will be back to normal? I just flashed my new car thing and found this out while I was using it.

Update: I am now a beta tester and I can confirm that it does fix this issue.

Can I expect the V4 update to show up in my Car Thing automatically? Or do I have to download and update it manually? I'm not familiar on how updates should work.

is it just me or is it fucked up to paywall a fix for a bug that literally stops you from using the service?

you are not entitled to being able to use nocturne, nor usually any open source project for that matter. donors only get the special treatment where they get access to the unready beta software that would be a mess for us if we pushed publicly, and would make it much more difficult to actually make it ready for release (donor only testing provides a closed environment to make fixing bugs easier etc).
