remove AWS dependency

the original idea was a script that Just Works, so we created this (still functional):

sudo \curl -sSL https://usetrmnl.com/byod/install-trmnl-display.sh | bash -s

but i'd like to rip out all connections to our core server, even if that makes builds a bit slower or multi-step.

@ryanckulp Then we can simplify this and delete the build script altogether. To build locally, you'd only need to run go build . and you'd get the binary you need for your device.

Or we could create a new script that runs the install process and helps with setup.

right on. looks like @bitbank2 is going to work on combining these go scripts, so we can drop the AWS bit in that process.
