MOU objectives not found - terminate rather than warn

Hi there,

I had a case where I had made the dumb mistake of naming a member of mou_objectives() slightly differently to its name in the obs data (I know...). MOU reports a warning, which I didn't notice until a day of runs later; it ploughs on with the (correct) obs as a constraint. Would it be possible to terminate MOU in this case, rather than warn and continue, to save people like me from themselves? It seems like a process-critical error to make, so I think this would be more appropriate. I won't be making the same mistake twice, so no rush, but thought I'd suggest it.
