User Stories

• Owner can select which countries to send messages to in settings
• If a user is uploaded or edits a contact to include a # in a non-approved country, it will be greyed out, and the admin will be notified if they would like to add that country to their org
• If a user selects a country, the cost per RollCall credit should scale to that country cost
• If a user selects a certain country, it enables the lowest cost SMS gateway for that country
• If a user sends an SMS, the lowest cost enabled gateway for that organization is used to send the message

• Create a table of different costs per credit depending on which countries someone selects

@caharding how locked down is the pricing for this? I've been ignored all payments/pricing stuff so far since we didn't really have any model to go from.. but if thats ready we should talk through it and make sure we've covered all the points it interacts with. It'll still come back into individual features like this.. but it'd be good to sort out the high level view first.
