Changing available application language

Is it possible to change available application user interface language (English) to another language?

It is not possible at the moment.
It would be a pretty big undertaking, but if someone is willing, we would def accept a PR for this

I think Django could provide support so most of the work can be done offline (i.e. translating strings etc.); then the URLs would all be renamed to, $ROOT/en/x/y/z/ for English, and other languages by the 2-letter encoding names.

Hi, Yes that's right, meanwhile I was working on another project with Django and also including localization, I had some experiences, I know multilanguage support on Django, I am planning to dive into Nemo for the issue one month later.
