Hi there, thanks for updating! I have a question about schema update, seems this 1.0.5 -> 1.0.6 doesn't make any schema change for POAM, which is to say, today's POAM schema(https://pages.nist.gov/OSCAL/reference/latest/plan-of-action-and-milestones/json-outline/) would stay the same, is it right?

There were bugs in the schema in 1.0.5 that incorrectly changed which fields were required and the strictness of data types (like timestamps) from 1.0.4, but the structure of the POAM did not change separate of those issues, you are correct.
