Upcoming OpenSeadragon changes (version 6.0.0)

The upcoming version of OSD has a big upgrade to the way tile filtering can be done, but as a result, this plugin won't be compatible with it. Here's more information:

@avandecreme are you still around? It would be great if the README here could be updated when OSD 6 is released. The author of the OSD changes has made a new version of this filter:

https://github.com/RationAI/OpenSeadragonFiltering

That can become the main version going forward, and this repository here can remain for people who haven't upgraded to OSD 6. Or, if you prefer, we could manage it some other way. Anyway, just trying to make sure there is continuity!
