Dielectric Function in XML file not rendering in page

Describe the bug
The dielectric function for JVASP-31299 exists in the XML for the material, but doesn't render in the browser window.

To Reproduce

1. View https://www.ctcms.nist.gov/~knc6/static/JARVIS-DFT/JVASP-31299.xml
2. Select "View Page Source" or similar in browser. The opening tags main_optics_mbj, main_optics_mbj_info, and energies are followed by what should be the sample points of the dielectric function.
3. On the rendered page, scroll down. The location where the Optoelectronic properties are usually displayed is fragmented and missing pieces, including the actual rendered plots. The section title is missing, but one paragraph of the text is still intact.

Expected behavior
The plots, associated title, and accompanying detail text should render properly on the page.

System:

• OS: Debian 12
• Browser: Firefox 128.8.0esr & Chromium 134.0.6998.88

Error message in developer console:

Uncaught Error: No DOM element with id 'mbjoptics' exists on the page.
