Create new guidance for the accessibility testing page of all new Web Component-based variants, starting with Banner (as the only one, currently), making sure to describe testing for screen readers.
Intent here is to ensure the use of shadow DOM doesn't break the accessibility of the variant, even if implementations customize some of its code
