Elective Choosing Mechanism

We need a way to filter out all electives in time tables (one's in transparent blocks). The student should choose their elective in that slot instead of showing all the electives, and if no elective in that slot is there for the concerned student, it should show as a free block.

This is a significant feature update for this time-table project until the next official release.

Are the circled ones are the electives?
And both 3rd and 4th years have electives as there subjects?
