Docker latest tag is super old

Docker latest image is over 4 years old: https://hub.docker.com/r/utkuozdemir/pv-migrate/tags?name=latest

Took me couple of hours to figure out why nothing worked as documented... Maybe delete that tag or update it with every release

Thank you for reporting, deleted the tag for now, later I'll make the changes to bring it back keep it up to date.
