USB will not open or show as a drive on UTM Win XP on M3 Mac Sonoma 14.3

I need to have this working to move from my old Mac with Parallels. Just a basic install at first, but there was no USB drive access in Windows. spice-guest-tools-0.164.4 are installed, and UTM asks when a USB is plugged in if it should be mounted. All seems good, but after a quick search for that USB drive, it's nowhere to be found. No window opens, it's not visible in the computer as a drive.

Install #2 I tried to add a USB drive to the UTM device thinking that might have been the problem. Same results.
