Inaccessible boot device / IDE not working with VMs created under 4.6.5 running on 4.7.5+

I have a few VM's running fine under UTM 4.6.5 (QEMU 9.x), e.g. Windows NT, Network 3.12, OS2, etc. that all fail to find their IDE drives when booted under 4.7.5 (QEMU 10.x). For example, BSD with INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE for NT, Netware fails to locate the SYS volume, OS/2 asks for boot volume, etc.

Is this a known issue with a fix that I should be applying? Thanks.

I've tried regressing the emulation to the i440FX version 9.1 without success.

FYI: If I regress to UTM 4.6.5 they start just fine.
