Filter by certificate in TxPattern #145
Description
Right now, watchTxByMatch allows filtering transactions by many fields, but not certificates. This would be useful to know the history of delegations to a stake pool
More generally, there are multiple fields that can't be filtered on, and I'm not sure if there is a reason for that
