Screenshot page resize race condition

In cases where the page content is too big, resizing the page is not instantaneous and causes a contorted, resized sceenshot instead. Maybe hook into resized event to know when window resizing is done?

Unfortunately, hooking to the resize event (both in the browser and in the server) does not work adequately. The ideal sequence of events would be:

• perform resize
• on resize event
• perform synchronous paint / refresh
• take screenshot
