Enforce structure of library according to convention

Is the feature related to a problem? Describe

The file and directory structure doesn't follow our convention atm.

There should only be one file in the ./lib directory: smart_sensing_library.dart. The rest should be structured in ./lib/src.

This should be changed to conform to our convention.

Describe alternatives/things to consider
