Privileged status doesn't change when added/removed from groups

Users created as unprivileged, then later added to a group which should have privileges, should have "Privileged" set to true.

Still to do: Should also make unprivileged when no longer in imported groups

Probably need to iterate through all Privileged users and check their groups, in order to automatically make Unprivileged.
