install with conda instead of binary?

when we initially set this up install ASP from conda was not an option. Apparently you can now just install via conda by adding additional channels (https://github.com/NeoGeographyToolkit/StereoPipeline/blob/master/INSTALLGUIDE.rst#fetching-pre-compiled-asp-with-conda), this would likely decrease the size of the build since we currently have a full conda environment + the bundled binary.

I guess it depends on the desired version as the conda packaging can lag behind binaries:

The latest ASP release (3.4.0) is available only as binaries. The 3.3.0 release can be installed via conda (Section 2.5).
