Inspect ICESat-2 STAC Search Speed

Working on #104 I've found that reading in the ICESat-2 data via the new STAC endpoint call implemented in 657b1e6 is quite slow (many fold slower than GEDI or Maxar). The is2 search is still on the order of seconds, but significantly slows down the download of all of the PCD sites (logic implemented in #104 )

I don't have a minimal example but this is pretty easy to test with our current examples:

Thanks @Jack-Hayes. I remember noticing that the cmr-stac endpoints (https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/stac/NSIDC_ECS) can be slower than expected in the past nasa/cmr-stac#203

But if this is in fact due to some difference in the change from NSIDC_ECS to https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/cloudstac/NSIDC_CPRD, maybe it could be fixed eventually. Since the old endpoint is gone and we don't really keep track of timing in our tests (this would actually be a good thing to do, but low priority!), it's a bit hard to report. At some point we could document the timing or compare timing against another method.
