fiber generator: Integration of realism DL models into the program

Fully connect current and future image-realism models into the application in a way that is configurable, repeatable, and user-accessible.

• Finish integrating the realism stage into the program so generated structure can be passed directly into a model-based enhancement or realism pipeline

Current focus on two cGAN based deep learning models :

• 1) fiber centerline image to shg image;
• 2) fiber mask image to shg image
