Created admin-facing status screens for matching and also made some upgrades to the admin-facing matching screen like rendering extra columns based on the user's ranking preferences.

Also some small bug fixes related to forms and the matching algo.

P1 Badge Show scheduled call time instead of match creation time

The status screen always formats match.createdAt for the date/time display, so confirmed calls are rendered with the match creation timestamp rather than the chosen time block. Since the new dashboard replaced the confirmed call card with this component, participants and volunteers no longer see the actual scheduled call time and could be misled about when to meet. Use the confirmed/selected time block when present instead of the creation date.
