deleting patients fails due to referential integrity #146
Description
the trash can icon works to delete a patient w/o, for example, a CarePlan referencing the patient, but fails once such a related FHIR Resource exists.
to implement this, fEMR would need to know all the potential related resources, and to clean them up first.
