Consider long-term home for logistics info #183
Description
Previously we've populated logistics information in this Jupyterbook. For the 2024 event Mark created a great Notion site that we link to from the event page. We should consider removing (or turning into a direct TOC link) the template material herein if we plan to continue using an external page for this info.
